01 - Wash and gently pat dry all berries. Slice strawberries if using.
02 - Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each of four clear glasses or jars.
03 - Drizzle a small amount of honey or maple syrup over the yogurt layer.
04 - Place a handful of mixed berries into each glass on top of the sweetened yogurt.
05 - Add 2-3 tablespoons of granola over the berries in each glass.
06 - Repeat the layering process: yogurt, sweetener, berries, and granola until glasses are filled to the top.
07 - Finish with a final sprinkle of granola, chopped nuts, chia seeds, and lemon zest if desired.
08 - Serve immediately for optimal crunch, or refrigerate for 15-30 minutes for a softer texture.
